Beaver Bagel Co. got its start at the Beaver Farmers Market in 2015. The storefront in Bridgewater opened in 2016 and we’ve been cranking out bagels, sandwiches, and pastries with love ever since!
All bagels are mixed, hand rolled, and kettle boiled in house each night. Our plain bagel has six simple ingredients: unbleached-unbromated spring patent flour, kosher salt, sugar, water, yeast, and McCormack Apiaries honey.
We support local business and use local ingredients as much as the seasons allow. We are very passionate about what we do! Our pastry menu and seasonal specials are always changing and we hope you can feel how much we love what we do when you come visit! Our courtyard is a cozy place to enjoy your food if the weather is nice, or you can take it to go!
The Market on Bridge Street is an extension of Beaver Bagel Co. offering our popular favorites as well as other delicious grab and go salads, wraps, cold pressed juices, gluten free pastries, and so many snacks. Just like the courtyard at the bagel shop, our indoor space provides seating for both the bagel shop and the market when the weather isn’t cooperating or just a nice cozy quiet work space. Also available as a private event space for groups up to 25 people. Don’t forget to ask about our catering!
